Cllr Jim Coubrough
Retired computer lecturer and contractor Cllr Coubrough said he joined the council to find out a bit more abut what went on in the community and how decisions were made. A volunteer with the Cotswold Canals Trust, he is a member of Minchinhampton Baptist Church, treasurer of local charities, and a keen allotment holder.
