Tributes have flooded in following the death of Roy Nicholas who was a member of Minchinhampton Parish Council for an outstanding half a century.
His funeral will take place at 11am on Friday, February 8th, 2019, at Minchinhampton Parish Church with a private committal afterwards.

Parish footpath MMH/34 which runs from the road by the reservoir, north for about 95m will be closed from Jan 7th for a period not exceeding 6 months. This is in relation to the Stroud pipeline.

Tetbury Street is going to be closed from Chapel Lane to Friday Street from Jan 17th until Jan 21st (or until the works are completed).
This is in order to lay ducting along the carriageway

The NDP has now been submitted to Stroud District Council for their assessment. The next stage is the 'Section 16 Consultation Phase'. During that time, copies will be available to be read at: SDC, Ebley Mill; the Library; the Trap House.

The Stroud District Council Local Plan Review is now publicly available. You can brief yourselves by accessing it via their website. The proposed Local Plan has references to possible planning sites within Minchinhampton Parish. Copies are available at the Trap House and in the Library or visit www.stroud.gov.uk/
SDC are holding a consultation exhibition at The Hub on December 12th from 2.30pm-6pm
